Why Should I get a wig?
All our wigs are secured using the glueless elastic band method. Our wig units are a good protective hairstyle as your natural hair can be tucked away safely under the wig. Wigs are so versatile especially when you want a new look without damaging your natural hair.
What type/quality hair is used?
We have spent months sampling hair to ensure we can provide you with wig units that have the highest quality Virgin hair. All our units go through strict quality control to ensure the hair is the best quality on the market and to ensure your unit will last and not shed excessively except this is our synthetic wigs which is made from synthetic hair fibres.
Can I Wash my unit? Apply Heat? Swim in it? Dye it?
Yes, all our wigs made from Virgin Human Hair can be treated and cared for the same way you would with your natural hair.

We ship worldwide to every country
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Premium hair wigs will take 2 weeks to produce and thereafter shipped. Premium luxury wigs take 3 weeks to produce and thereafter shipped.
How will my order be shipped?
All International orders will be sent via DHL courier with tracking updated once shipped.
Domestic UK orders will be shipped via royalmail.
What happens if I did not receive my order?
There can be multiple reasons for you not receiving your order:
- Your order might have been lost
- The delivery details were incorrect when you placed your order, so it was returned to us
- The courier attempted to deliver your order multiple times but were unsuccessful, so it was returned to us.
If the order was lost during transit, you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund. An order can only be classified as lost if it has not been delivered after 30 business days.
If the order was not received due to a customer error (i.e incorrect details/courier unable to deliver to given address) then the customer is responsible for paying for postage again. Once the order is received back and second postage is paid for, we can resend your order. If the customer no longer wants the order then a refund, minus shipping and a 20% restocking & admin fee, will be issued once the order is back with us.
