What is Sezzle?

Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later – with no interest! Perfect wigs on payment plan!When you complete a purchase with Sezzle, the merchant will process your order just like you paid in full, but you will have only paid a fraction of the cost.

How does Sezzle work?

Sezzle is a payment solution that empowers you to “Buy Now and Pay Later” with simple, interest-free installment plans. 

We break down the total cost of your purchase into smaller payments, spread over at least six weeks. As little as 25% is due at the time of the purchase, with the remaining amount spread out over equal installments (typically three), each two weeks apart.

No interest or processing fees are charged to you – as long as you pay everything off on time, you only pay for what you ordered!

Once you’re ready to check out, select Sezzle as a payment method. If you’re a returning shopper, you’ll just need to log in. If you’re a new shopper, we’ll walk you step-by-step through creating an account and linking a payment method.

After you’re approved and you complete checkout, the merchant will ship your products just like they would with any other payment method. 

You will be notified at checkout what sort of payment plan you’re approved for, including how much is due upfront and when the next payments are due. We’ll charge the first installment amount the day that you place your order, and the rest will be automatically scheduled. Don’t worry – we’ll send you text and email reminders, so there aren’t any surprises!

Who can use Sezzle?

To use Sezzle, you must be 18 years or older* and have a valid phone number based out of either the United States or Canada.

You will also need to have an email address as well as a payment method ready at checkout – we accept all major debit and credit cards, and you can also link a bank account directly. At this time, prepaid cards are not able to be used to place orders, but you can use them to pay off existing orders.

*You must be 19 years or older in Alabama, or if you are a ward of the state and live in Nebraska.

How do I sign up for Sezzle?

You can either sign up and get your account set up directly through the Sezzle website, or you can sign up as you check out at a merchant’s site! Either option will walk you through the same signup process. 

To get signed up, you will need to have a working phone number based out of the US or Canada, as well as a payment method (debit/credit card or bank account) to link to your account.

When do I make my first payment?

We collect your first payment when you place the order with the merchant. You’re always notified of the amount upfront, which could be as little as 25% of your total order cost.

The remaining payments will be spread out over your repayment schedule – you can always view the dates and amounts by logging into your Sezzle Shopper Dashboard, which you can access by clicking here.

Sezzle says the payments are interest-free. What’s the catch?

No catch here! Sezzle is completely interest-free for shoppers because we’re committed to financially empowering the next generation.

Merchants pay us a fee, so you have the freedom to buy now and pay later. As long as you pay your installments on time, you’ll only pay for what you ordered—free from interest and processing fees!

We understand that life can throw some curveballs – so if you can’t make a payment on an order, we even let you reschedule a payment for free. If you need to make further reschedules, each one will be assessed a $5 fee.

If a payment does fail, usually due to a card being canceled or there not being enough funds available in your account at the time, a $10 failed payment fee will be added on to that payment. This is separate from any overdraft fees your bank may charge you. We do send you text and email notifications to make sure you’re never surprised, and if you get the failed payment resolved within 48 hours of it failing, we’ll even waive that fee.

Once a fee has been paid, there is no way to reverse it.Sezzle wigs can be a great option if you need a payment plan.

Does Sezzle perform a credit check?

Nope! We complete what’s known as a “soft check,” which means we take a look at your credit score as part of our risk check, but this doesn’t have an impact on your credit score. We use this information to help verify your identity, minimize fraud risk, and approve you for Sezzle!

Does Sezzle report to credit bureaus?

We hope to provide this in the future, but right now, we don’t report to a credit bureau. Keep checking this page for updates about this offering.

What is the checkout process like with Sezzle?

Checking out with Sezzle is fast and easy. Here’s how it works:

  1. Select Sezzle at checkout.
  2. Log into your account. Or, create an account and add your payment method.
  3. Keep your phone nearby! We’ll send a one-time password to your mobile phone to help you check out securely.
  4. Understand your order. Once approved, you’ll see a breakdown of your order, including how much is due upfront and how much is due with each future payment.

Complete the rest of the checkout process as normal. You’ll receive an email from Sezzle confirming your order. If you have questions about your order, or you want to check on payment amounts and due dates, simply log into your Sezzle dashboard.

Why wasn’t my purchase with Sezzle approved?

We try to offer all applicants a simple payment plan through Sezzle, but unfortunately, we’re not always able to approve every order. Our system assesses every order individually, taking into account your available funds, outstanding orders, and the total cost of the order you’re trying to place. If you’re not approved for any reason, we’ll notify you right away.

Here are a few reasons you may have been denied:

Is Sezzle secure?

Your security is of utmost importance to us, which is why we undergo quarterly scans and yearly audits to ensure your data is safely stored in our systems – and to maintain compliance at the highest level in the Payment Card Industry (PCI): PCI Level 1.

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY

    By placing an order, it means you accept our terms and conditions

    At Eternal Wigs we ensure that all our products are made with the finest materials and utmost quality.  

    We offer  refund for all black or non-coloured units/wig. For black or non-coloured wigs, we are happy to offer a 72 hour refund or exchange on unused items.

    For the purpose of hygiene, we request that you wear a wig cap in all cases when trying on a purchased wig. Any item that has been altered chemically or physically no longer qualifies for an exchange or refund. This includes but is not limited to:

    • The wig must have its tag.
    • The wig must not be coloured, styled, bleached, washed, brushed or combed. 
    • The wig must not have been worn. The lace in front of wig must not be cut. The wig must not be in contact with any food smells, smoke, hair spray or perfume.

    Please note: Eternal wigs does not offer refund or exchanges for coloured / custom coloured pieces.We dont hold stock wigs,hence all our wigs are made to order and of custom nature.Scenarios where refund / exchange on custom/coloured items will not be accepted includes the following: changing your mind, feeling the colour doesnt suit you or ordering the wrong cap size.  Please ensure you measure your head to know your cap size before placing an order. Cap sizes are measured in inches. If you have any issues with cap size, please contact us for assistance at info@eternalwigs.com

    COLOUR DISCLAIMER: KINDLY NOTE THAT DESPITE OUR EFFORT TO PROVIDE CORRECT IMAGES OF EACH WIG,  THE COLOUR OF THE WIG MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT DUE TO PHONES / COMPUTER SCREENS. A wig with slightly different colour than shown on screen will not be classified as faulty.

    ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS 

    For accepted returns, refund  will only be applied where a returned unit has been thoroughly inspected by our team.Eternal Wigs will not take responsibility for any damage caused to the unit. We will return the product back to you.  Where there is a defect with your unit you must   contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving the product. Item must be in original condition, unworn, lace uncut, tags intact and wig must be unaltered in anyway. Please ensure the lace is uncut when trying out the unit. Failure to meet the above conditions will result in the returns being sent back to the customer.   

    Please note: We are not able to offer free returns for international orders. 

    Please note we are unable to refund shipping charges including shipping charges of refused deliveries. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

    The value of refund for International non-GBP (£) will be based on the exchange rate at the date of refund.

    Please remember to include your name and order number in your returned parcel.
     

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND AFTER I RETURN

    We process all refunds within 7-10 working days of receiving returned items. This may take longer during busy periods. An email confirmation will be sent confirming we received the returned item and we are processing your refunds.

    Please note: refunds may take up to 10 working days to clear depending on your card issuer or bank.

    MY SHIPPING COST HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED, WHY?

    Shipping cost is only refunded if there is an error with your order or your purchased item was faulty. We will not refund the cost of shipping the item to you in other cases. 

    CANCELLATION

    Once an order is placed on our website, we allocate our wigmakers to start hand knotting your wig. Please take note of the dispatch time frame on our product description.Cancellations can only be accepted within 24hrs of placing your order.

    How long do I have to return?
    This item must be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving your purchase.
     
    In what condition do I return the item?
    This item must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.The lace must not be cut.
     
    What is the return method?
    You are liable for organising the return back to us and we do not bear the shipping cost for the return of the item. We recommend using a service that can offer proof of delivery to avoid items going missing in the post.

    Can I return an item if it has been used,damaged or styled?

    How will I get my refund?
    Refunds will be processed typically within 10-15 business days of receiving the item back.Refund will be issued back to the original method of payment.
     
    The original shipping and handling fee are not returnable.
